MOISTURE METERS WILL BE AFFECTED BY ANTI-FOULING PAINT. A PERFECTLY DRY BOTTOM WITH NEW PAINT CAN PROVIDE INACCURATE READINGS. ON A TRANSOM TRY TO METER THE INSIDE OF TRANSOM AS WELL.
