If you plan on spraying gelcoat, I would thin it at least a little. It will spray a LOT better regardless of the gun. I have tried a variety of guns and have settled on an old school siphon style...

What strick said. Overbore, bevel,hot coat, inject cabosil (I use a large hypo from the farm supply), insert hot coated dowel.

If you mix your cabosil thick enough it wont sag.

Fuel will not eat a poly tank. However the selection of sizes is limited and they aren't baffled. They also expand when warm, so foaming them in isn't recommended.
