Thanks for the detailed response. I do have tabs, but honestly they seem to just push the bow down and make it dig in more. I do feel like I'm not getting enough bow lift. I don't know anything about...

I'll be curious to know this answer too. I have a 75 Tsunami but it has a Mercruiser 350 IO in it. It is a wet boat when people stand in the corners. I would like to, and probably will raise the deck...

My new 23 Tsunami!

Hey guys. This is now the second SeaCraft I've purchased from a member here. You may have seen it in the classifieds. He reallllly didn't want to sell but I was able to buy her anyway. She's a...

Mark's boat was the inspiration for my boat as well. You can check out my build thread. It's been a looong process and has been stalled for a couple of years due to a move and getting a 20' Sceptre...

All those look great. I'm talking about actually putting it in the splash well and replacing the round one that is there. See pic. There is a real concern about water in the bilge from this hatch,...

Splash well deck plate/bilge access

So. I'm sick of reaching through a tiny pie plate to access the bilge in my 20 Sceptre. I am planning to cut a larger hole and install a 10x20 armstrong hatch in its place. Anyone done this? Good...

Well. I think y'all would be proud of Alan. I was all set to buy this beauty and he decided he loves her too much and can't let her go. He came to his senses!

If looking to downsize, I've got a nice 20' Sceptre I'd be interested in trading towards it. That looks like a well sorted rig.

I mounted my pump under the front compartment in my Sceptre. Not a great spot for it out back. Ordered longer lines for it. No problems. Just have to keep them the same length, per Bennett. I also...

Thanks, Don. That was pretty much my plan except probably use 1.5" foam for a bit of a lift from original. Trying to figure out how to retain the gutters and through deck drains. (I like them). I...

So really, there isn't a good way to do it without refinishing the whole cap then. Just thought maybe someone had a good way to make it not look odd going from the original gelcoat on the sides of...

Replacing/raising the deck without full refinish

Hey all. In the next year or so I plan to replace/raise the deck on my 20 Sceptre. If I don't want to go to the trouble of refinishing the whole top half of the boat, what is the alternative? I'd be...

I had them and hated the noise. They did not keep any more water out than the rubber flap kind, so I went back to them and tossed these in the trash. Just my experience.

Where have y'all mounted your pump assembly?...

Where have y'all mounted your pump assembly? Doesn't seem to be a good spot out back. Would be much easier to mount it up front. Any issues with that other than having to get new hydro lines?
