Rigging tunnel for under the gunnel

Wires running up the gunnel on my boat are just zip tied from hardware piece to hardware piece which just doesn't seem ideal or look clean. Thinking about 5200ing or plexusing a PVC tube or L bracket...

I'm not sure it's what fixed my motor because I replaced thermostats, water pumps, poppit valves at the same time but this is what I did.

I pulled the lower units off and plugged the pickup tube....

Any water that is able to make it to the top of the glassed tank needs to have a way to escape. On my boat there are holes in the bulkhead so that water is able to flow off into the bilge.

I believe this is the opposite of what you're going for. Better to get maximum mechanical bond with the first layup since all the others will have a chemical bond.

How did the water get in those stringers? I've always thought that a sealed, foamed and tarred gas tank was the way to go but if water is going to make it's way in there no matter what that changes...
