Have you recently installed any additional inline fuel filters?

It sounds like at low speed the engine is not producing enough vacuum to "suck" the fuel from the tank to your motor?

You can get them on a gill net as well if the cast net is giving you troubles. Have had good luck with matching the depth of the net to the water depth, i.e. 10 ft. deep net would work good in...
