I have never weighed it, but I would also guess close to 5,000 lbs. The trailer does have brakes, and that makes a huge difference when trailering, especially stopping. The biggest problem may be...

Plenty of excellent red snapper fishing on the artificial reefs this time of year, but be careful of the afternoon thunderstorms...they come in quick and can be unforgiving.

My 23 has a 250 EFI Merc on it. Cruises easy at 33-36 mph, burning 16-20 gallons per hour according to the flow scan. WOT is upper 40's, and has seen fifty on half tank, full trim, wind just right ...
