Thanks all, yes the 5k quote was for pulling the old and replacing, most of the labor comes from getting access and the rear hatch has to come up.

This may be an ODD question but does anyone know the "maximum capacities" are on the 70s 23' CC. The USCG plate is obviously LONG gone. How many people/how much weight are people comfortable loading...

Talking 1972 23' SF inboard

Snagged this 23' inboard this week. will be doing some minor restorations and complete rewire. Will post more photos after the rebuild.
