Thank you

Photo is from last week. A few more.
The weather was what we wait for all winter. The water is still 66F though.

Somebody should just grab that Inboard.

Any Questions

If anyone interested has any questions about the boat, it's just like the one I've been running for 15 years. In fact, my Hull number is nearly the same SECB30051175.

nice power setup. 315HP is hefty

I had some cavitation with 260HP, 16 x 16 at 3800-4200 rpm

The solution was reduced pitch to 15 with a significant cup at the blade edges

Re: 23 cc inboard prop size question

The reason for the cupped edges is it helps reduce the noise generatoed in that tunnel.

Re: 23 cc inboard prop size question

tjudgejr-

Mine is a '75 Sceptre inboard, Marine Power 350 - 4B Carb 260HP

16 x 16 cupped

2700rpm - 20knts (most economical cruise - I think)
4200rpm - 30knts

Re: repower 23 cc inboard

My guess is the 302 with a 2-barrel carb is 190-200Hp.

most of the inboards have 350ci, 4-barrel for 260Hp resulting in 19knts cruise and 30knts WOT.
