18 ft new 175df suzuki engine

I posted earlier in the spring I was putting a df 175 on my 18. The engine is a lil over weight
for the boat. I am running a 4 blade prop so its not that fast, WOT full fuel 2 people only 45.

Put the 175 Suzuki on my 18. For right now running a 15x22 4 blade. cruise 4500rpm speed 39
WOT trimmed up 51
nice is it stays on plane at 2900rpm

What have others used in replacing the doors on either side of engine well on the 18 ft potter. The old teak door, (I still have them), do not fit right do to age. I am looking to replace for this...

my Yamaha 2 stroke 150 did ok for 16 years. The 175 weighs 60 lbs heavier. I know its a stretch, just have to be on guard and use common since.

I have a1975 18. Going through repower and some small clean up projects. Have a substantial amount of skin cancer on face, need T-Top. I need help figuring out what size and where to find a used one
