It appears the OP is asking about an '89 which is a Tracker hull ('87 onward). The CSY 23's were built like brick sh!thouses...my dad had an '82 Sceptre.

A friend of mine was going to have Metan restore it for him but decided to stick with the in-process resto of his 20 instead. I believe their 27 came up from South Carolina w/o power.
