Hello Welcome to the wild world of boats
That’s a subliminal message for ...run ... run as fast as you can away from here

Sorry …couldn’t resist

Anyhow .... Welcome !!....

Potter hulls.... Their a good thing

The thing I would caution you on most is getting into a "project boat" vs “turn key”(I'm not even certain that is your intent) might not be the best thing ..having never owned a boat ..
If you take it to a "professional" to restore , do fiberglass work etc etc it's going to cost ya .... SO just be prepared for that .... A few here have done it themselves … but depending on the condition of the hull you find ….Well …It can be a pretty big task and time consuming

An older SeaCraft that has already” been there… done that” and gone through a restoration process... might be a serious option for you .... it will cost more ... but you need not deal with restoration cost and headaches ....

That being said ... You've hooked onto a good one in the “For sale” area .... Seafari's boat would be an absolute gem for you ... 20’ SeaCraft …Potter built!!..not to mention the condition its in!!!

Good luck !!!!
