Default Re: 1982 23ft SeaCraft Sceptre For Sale

Well the Sceptre is gone. They say that the two happiest times in life is when you buy a boat and then when you sell it, well the person that made that saying up must of not owned a SeaCraft, because I'm not happy at all. As a matter of fact it was almost like getting rid of one of my kids. However I do feel like the guy that bought it will take very good care of it. I was keeping the boat right around the corner from where I'm living and every time I would go home I would always pass by the boat to check up on it. Well that has become such a habit that I just passed by where the boat was and it caught me off guard. I first thought OH $hit where is the boat? Even though I still have the SeaVette, I'm really going to miss the Sceptre. I've had a lot of good times on that boat. It has never let me down. Any other time I would of just kept both boats, but with us building a house that wasn't really doable.
