No I did not go look at the Seavette but it looked like a Super steal.
The Seafari I got had a newermotor but hadgone down for a couple of days due to high rains and no bilge, looking at the scum line on one side it looks like it rolled onto the port side and the engine did not get too wet. The blower is mounted right at valve cover level in the middle, and it works fine,as do all the guages controls lights etc, but the starter& alternator got wet and are toast. I flushed the motor out with tranny fluid, and some other Seceret engine restoring ingredients, and she turns over just fine now and has perfect compression. Should be fun, I think the Savage is Jealous though [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
BBH been fishing lately? We hit the RJ Thompsn a few weeks ago and shot some really nice AJ's and did great three weeks ago down in the keys
