This is a Potter based site, so I certainly would not indicate that there is any negative comparison to a Tracker built boat. I think there is a big "romance" factor, much like the Moesly built boats. Having rebuild all three, I have no preference, as I, and all others have stripped them down and made them their own.

At the end of the day, i think we all celebrate the terrific designs and efforts that Carl Moesly and Bill Potter that worked hard to bring these terrific boats to those of us that appreciate them. Tracker? - well, they built some decent boats too. I love my '89 23 CC almost as much as the '70 20 CC and '67 19 Bowrider. Just glad to be in the game.
