coating failed :

look at aluminum - it's clean shiny yes ?

the coating failed,due to poor prep
remember that whole.scuff sand,clean,chemically etch prime ? if those steps were followed,that coating wouldn't have failed

aluminum needs to be chemically etch primed,before anything is applied to it - fail to follow that.your coating will fail...
