Thanks to everyone for the replies; very helpful and very much appreciated. Doing a bit more research on the coal tar vs. Interprotect 2000.
Chance, the tanks are 10 years old (I had them made) and look remarkably good. However, some of the original coating (not sure what it was) has failed and want to get them right before they go back in the boat. Hookdude, did not know you had a sodablaster and will take you up on he offer; I owe you a couple of Zima's.
