Default Bull head configuration and hull crack

Two questions for the group:

Does anyone have photos of the bulkhead configuration on early 70s inboard 23’? Noticing water pouring through the bulkhead drain on the starboard tank not sure how water would be getting into this space and keeping the bilge running more often than it should . Photos are of the starboard bulkhead drain.

Second question, found a hairline crack on the bow, cannot tell when or how it is formed, anyone have any tricks to determine if it’s a gel coat crack or somthing larger.

Thanks in advance!!
