Dumb question (another one).
What are the tubes supposed to be used for on the side of my console (see below picture)? Am i supposed to try to pry off the tops and use them to house charts? Please advise. I expect some interesting responses. Thanks ![]()

Perhaps the boat was parked nose downhill on a steep incline when those rod holders were installed using a level?
