Opinions on a '77 Sceptre

I'm pretty new here (just been lurking ) and I've found a '77 Sceptre that had a pretty professional looking refit from I/O to outboard....it's got a '97 Yamaha 225 (new powerhead in 2004, low hours) along with an '89 aluminum trailer under it. The hull is in what appears to be good shape, needs some paint and there was a small soft spot in the deck about 18 X 12 inches. It also has a fiberglass hardtop along with Furuno GPS and Furuno fish/depthfinder. Any ideas......do the masses think that she would be worth the $5000.00 price?? I know that it's very hard to say what anything is worth without seeing it, etc....I'm just looking for any/all opinions!
