I visited Marine Liquidators about a month ago and couldn't find a suitable replacement for a 2' x 5' x 8" aluminum tank out of a 1975 20' CC. What size tank did you replace and what did you replace it with?

I am in the process of getting a 75 gal aluminum tank made. My old tank was 115 gal- 99 X 28X 10. I could not get it out in one piece, had to cut almost 30 inches off the stern end of the tank and cut 1/2" on each side of the deck hole. I have a thread going on fuel tank replacement/maybe? http://www.classicseacraft.com/forum...b=5&o=&fpart=1
There are links to some pictures on this post. The new one will be 72 X 27 X 9--75 gal if my math is correct. I have the deck open now so the new one will just slip right in.
