Don't even tell me you took OUZO out to Block Canyon! I know that Zuki gets good mileage, but come on.

Nice work Nick.

Well, my friend Jimmy and I debated for a while between taking his 31' SeaVee and my Seafari. Tough choice.

We tossed the coin, and his Seavee won ... this time!

Chuck, thanks for the recipe ... simple enough ....

Finger up the filets, then make a paste of 1/4 cup chopped pre-sliced almonds, 1/4 cup REAL mayonnaise, 1 tsp oregano, and a big pinch of curry powder. Mix the paste well, and spread the paste on the fish fingers and bake for 4-6 minutes in a greased glass baking dish in oven pre-heated to 375. DON'T OVERCOOK THE FISH. Sushi is better than mushy!!

Of course, you could just fry the filets in a batter, too.
