I am putting the finishing touches on my 23' center console.
It has been completely rebuilt. I want to put some underwater lights on for fishing? Has anyone done this on their 23' and what brand did you use? |

I have friends that have used Intensity lights and Ocean LED.
http://www.oceanled.com/ http://www.intensitylights.com/ I also have a good source for these. If you need something let me know.

Don't go with Abyss. Put them under test, 24/7, and many of the individual LEDs failed after 6-700 hours. State their bulb life is 20,000 hours plus. OceanLED has a quality thru-hull type that is a really nice unit, but they don't have surface mounts, which are a lot cheaper. We use Aqualuma out of Australia, polycarbonate housings, excellent but pricey. OceanLED for certain.

Any idea how good the new Amphibian surface mounts are by OceanLED?

All I can offer is the amphibians are less expensive than the thru hulls and flush mounts.
