Castalot, it is definitely a clean looking vessel. I like the fact that it appears to have a 30" transom instead of a 25" transom. I think that is very important due to the extra weight of the twins. good job! trailer looks in very nice condition, atleast from the pics posted, as well.

There nothing like a SeaCraft with no bottom paint on it. Few and far between. Nice

2S 130's are a great match for a 23' cc. I had 1989 Yam's bought 2nd hand and mounted on my 1978 cc. The best I ever saw was 40.9 kts. Normally 27 kts at 4200 rpm's.

she came from cape may NJ and has seen a lot of salt water but always trailered or on a rack the previous owner said these were the third motors so far she will definitely get up and go i was battling bugs this year and never got to put her through her full test i bought it with 80gals of bad gas and I'm still playing with wiring but i hope all is well for the spring!!! i also installed a raymarine C80 (gps and fishfinder) and a raymaine 55 dsc vhf for a matching pair
i hope the trailer looks good it was new last year I bought to go get this boat love it disk brakes full roller and torsion axles launching and retrieving is easy even on new England ramps!!!! thanks for the kind words i hope to get more pics up as the weather turns and she gets uncovered matt

i think the transome was 30" i posted some thing about it a while back i'm going to go look and see yes it is and the motors are 25" so i guess if i ever go to a single i'll need a 30" motor?
and i have finster and pipedreamsmarine to thank again for looking at her before i made the drive

castalot, yes you would need a 30 inch shaft motor for a single application. the cavitation plate of the motor should be right at or slightly above the keel or bottom of the boat. there are a few older threads where this topic was discussed at great length by people who know more about the topic than I do.... you may want to check them out.
