Control cable Length on 23 CC

Yep..

I need to buy controls and all the rigging for my engine plus I need to buy a hydralic steering system.

I've asked the same question in a previous post, but didn't get a direct answer. The responses were always the procedure on how to measure for the correct length, the problem is that the console is not installed in the boat yet, so I would be guessing at the actual length needed.
