I don't see a patch at the bottom either even thou the hull indentation on the outside is still there. I cut in the tee you see spiced into the drain. I added a gutter system in the floor deck hatch so any water would run off to the floor scuppers vs sealing the hatch. You can see the drain holes in the aft corners
