Default My FICHT 115

So I have owned my Seacraft for a year now, and by my estimate I have put about 100 hours on my motor since I have owned it. So I changed the spark plugs and the gear oil in the lower unit. I know I need to change the impeller but im more nervous about that since you have to take the lower unit off and disconnect the shift linkeage. Anyway here is a picture of my plugs they looked pretty fouled to me.
