You are right NoBones, It is AwlFair epoxy fairing compound.
Here are some more progress pictures, this time of the transom cap that has been pre-fabricated. Still trying to catch up to "present day" progress.

The baitwell was constructed as an oval and then sectioned so that the rear matches the transom angle.





The cap was layed up in a jig, and the baitwell mounted along with storage boxes on either side.



After assembly, the storage boxes were insulated with foam.



Baitwell and boxes being faired so that they can be primed and painted.



That's all I've got for today. I'm knocking off early to fish.
