Default Re: redoing deck in 20cc

Billy, I recently did the deck on my 20 as well. I too left the channel on each side and replaced the deck with a material called Penske Board and glassed it. Penske is very strong, good weight and will not absorb any water like plywood, through holes that may leak after time from screws for the console and leaning post. It is a little more $ but it will be the last time you will do the deck. hope this is of some help
