I can relate waiting 2 1/2 yrs splashing my boat today to passing a kidney stone. The good news........The original transom is solid (prior power was a jackshafted diesel, so the outdrive didn't tear it up) One of the 225's isn't ready yet(the water pump was weak and it wasn't firing on all cylinders). The great part about being overpowered.........I was doing 40 on one motor . Still needs a bimini or break-away t-top and a few other items.
