Can't be a Moesly hull because he only built the 21, the 19' bowrider and the 20 CC and Seafari. He sold the company to Potter in about '69, who in turn sold it to SeaCraft Industries in about 1979-80. The 23 hull is a Potter design. Check here for more info on the Moesly hulls, which are relatively rare: Moesly SeaCraft
