I would bet it is simply woodgrain formica. Like they use on tabletops. Find a dealer, pick out a nice grain pattern and build a new dash yourself. I'm not familiar with the dash layout on your boat, but if it is flat, it would be about as complicated as putting a new formica top on your kitchen counter. Only a lot smaller
