I saw the rest of your pics on photobucket so I have a bit better idea of what the swim platform looks like from underneath. Is it also mounted to the transom through the storage box?

As far as the screen goes, it's really nothing fancy at all. It's simply a piece of screen, cut about 1" larger, on all sides of the hatch opening. We sewed the one side of the velcro around the perimeter of the screen, cutting two 1" slits to wrap around the hatch supports and glued the other side of the velcro(hooked side) around the perimeter of the hatch opening(top side, facing up).

Hope this paints a picture...will get some pics in the spring.
