Signature Finish is the only urethane that I know of that will hold up below the waterline. I left a sample of it in salt water for a little over a month with zero problems, other than some marine growth which scrubbed off pretty easily. I posted some stuff on it a week or so ago. I like it because it doesn't chip and is easy to apply AND repair.
