Default Repair Opinions Needed!

I purchased my 69 20ft SF last fall and now that the weather in New England has improved I have started working on her. I am going to list some pics of the boat and I would appreciate if you guys could let me know whether you think the picture shows concern/problems and possible ways I could repair it.

Here is the first concern. The inside rear port gunnel has cracked/damaged. Any thoughts?

In this photo you can see some poor repair work done to deck just underneath the forward storage compartment. I am assuming I can just grind this off and reglass?

Third thing is there is a crack in the fiberglass in the transom on the port side next to the engine. Can I grind this and fill this as well?
