Default My 20ft Potter SF....

Previously put a couple of pics in the photo page but figured I would move it over here. I am pretty much neck deep with new foam core stringer, random repairs, and the new floor soon to be installed.
The boat was a nightmare after cutting into her with 3 floors stacked on top of one another and some other significant damage. I am going to make a template of the cap, cut down the shearline instead of rebuilding it, and trash the cap!
I believe she will be an open floor plan all the way through since I am working with a clean slate...no forward deck.
Everything new will be foam...no wood.
The guys working on her found an unopend bag of Lay's original, expiration 1984 under the floor!
An estimated 600+ pounds of wet wood and foam have been removed...hard to believe she ran over 40 kts with all that crap in the belly!
As i pull together some NEW pics I will post em up.
As I said before, I am not doing the work myself. The work is being done in Charleston.
