Thanks. I actually used Brian on the survey I needed. He did me a big favor. He said the boat was not at all what it was represented to be ("a complete wreck" were his exact words as I recall), and so he aborted the survey pretty quickly after confirming that the transom, deck, and stringers were all wet and shot. He gave me a relatively comprehensive verbal report charged me a only portion of his full fee. He struck me as very knowledgeable, analytical, and objective. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a survey in on the central east coast of Florida...
