Alex-

Glad to hear that you had already hunted down Brian Stetler and he steered you straight. Brian was actually recommended to me by Rob Scanlon a well known surveyor here in New England (who I would also recommend in a heartbeat)

Brian's survey report for my boat was extremely thorough. It was about 18 pages long and listed a few things that were broken and needed to be fixed/replaced. I then used the report as a bargaining point with the seller.
