I've got a ? on the Hermco bracket.The way I understand it, it is a bracket that also closes off the transom, right?
But what do you guys do with the old splashwell/floor?
You would need to do some glassing anyway to fix that up so why not just glass the whole transom while you're at it?
I'm just wondering since someday I might close mine in.
Otto - I've been thinking about a pilothouse type
too, are there any pics avail. of a pilothouse setup that you know of.

If you are interested in a 20' Seafari, mine is for sale. It is the O/B version. I do have digital pix available. It is also on boattraderonline. 20' in stamford ct. will entertain offers..
