Default Re: Mercury Verado 250

I am sorry if I was unclear. The Verado Rigged was 1000 more than the Suzi Rigged.I have rebuilt my Seastar Helm and the main shaft is scored so it will always leak. The Verado comes with Steering.I will never ever "boost" my HP I was just relaying what I had heard about this motor and the performance possabilitys it may have.So in reality the Verado was $700 and 70LBs more. Both numbers I can live with.
But,I will admit that I am not done, the rigging kit has just gotten in and I am in line to get the boat out of the shop.So that being said I will wait and see how the final #'s turn out.
If I stand alone as the only guy in this forum to spend $700 on 70 LBs of stuff to put on his Seacraft that he didn't have to have-and wife doesn't know about-than I might be in the wrong place.
