Default Re: 1985 23' seacraft

I went back to take a look again. I am trying to get a good idea of the boat before I talk to the owner. What is the best way to tell if the transom is good? My brother noticed the transom had two shades, almost like it had been redone. I know a talk with the owner would answer that but, like I said I would like get an idea before talking to him. The deck did have some soft spots behind the console. The fuel tank was 133 gallons. Does anyone know what is factory? The deck and the fuel tank did look like they had been rework
