Yes, in the mid - late 80's, whoever it was that owned SeaCraft did have a true Walk-Around cuddy version of the 23. I have seen them, from time to time, on the boat sale pages - there is an '87 currently listed on Boattrader.com.

Study the transom picture closely and you will see that it is the Variable Deadrise Hull design, hallmark of a true SeaCraft.
