Ya, My boat has history with the scuppers. I believe it sank & one time because of a leak from the deck drain to the bilge. Water would come in from the transom and fill on the deck, then seep into the bilge. First thing I saw when the boat went into the water. I have plugged them ever since.

i just put the boat in the water and i see im going to have to plug the tru-hulls. i actually just changed the scuppers and tru-hulls in the liner to 2".. those little self bailers with the ball in them look pretty good, i'll have to see what i can make fit.

TH marine makes some that you can unscrew and clean without having to break the seal by taking out the mounting screws.
