Talking Seacraft 23WA

I have a Honda 225 hp on my 23WA and the last time I had it checked by the Honda dealer here, he said that Honda told him I wasn't running the motor hard enough at top RPM. He says since I am still under warranty, go out and run it. I did and I was surprised, at 6000 RPM, I was getting 46 MPH on my GPS. That is moving and the boat felt a little light on the stern. I can't afford to do that ofter and my fuel flow gauge all shows 16 GPH.
