23 does kick ass job for it's size in any weather. Plenty of evidence that the hull design is very special. But who wants to fish in this weather.

I've been caught in my 20' Seafari out in weather like that, Tim, but I promise you, I wasn't fishing and it most certainly was NOT fun. I got caught by a squall coming in from 30 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico, with only a 120 hp Chrysler for power, and my wife and two kids on board.
Funny how when the waves were breaking and 10'-12' , I found myself praying as hard as I ever had in church.

The design is as good as it gets for the size.
