I dunno. Modern 25" 150's are heavy.

Twin Merc Opti 150s = 862 lbs
Twin Evinrude Etec 150s = 866 lbs
Twin Merc 4S 150s = 910 lbs
Twin Zuke 150s = 960 lbs
Twin Honda 150s = 960 lbs
Twin Yamaha 150s = 990 lbs

OR

one (1) Seven Marine 557 = 1045 lbs
one (1) Yamaha 350 = 763 lbs
one (1) Merc Verado 350sci = 645 lbs
one (1) Zuke 300 APS = 615 lbs

On a brighter note, the 2.6L Etec is currently being raced in the F1 circuit and producing a reported ultra-reliable 340 hp out of only 435 lbs.
