It also depends on how the other guy drives. Down in the keys, lots of people like to pull out in front of you, then stop a couple hundred yards down the road and turn. That's what happened to me with a light rain falling in Islamorada some 35 years ago. Missed him by inches. Its a lot worse out there now. Ron.
