Tank is 70 gal so 1k or so for a new one. You will need to cut a pie plate hole in the liner to access the fill hose clamps. The hose is pinched at the chine and a bitch to get out. There is a channel in the stringer and I lifted the hull off the trailer w/ a forklift port side to get the hose out w lots of Dawn for lube. The tank had lots of corrosion and the fill hose had failed so lots of soakage of premix in foam, coffin bottom, and rear bulkhead. Just finished glassing the new marine ply coffin bottom w csm 1.5 oz, and vinylester. Used a gallon of resin. Coosa would save maybe 20 lbs. The good news: You can get the tank out w/ out de-riging the console. Just tilt it over starboard gunwale and tie off the grab bar to bow rail. I`ll start a thread if you post pics. I have a battery back up otter box on my phone and I have to take the thing apart to load pics. Cheap tabs fail every time I take it apart. Grr. Buy the tank from the original maker RDS. Super work. 1/8 in but ask them to ship raw overnight so you can scuff, clean, alodine, prime, and coal tar epoxy as they do not do this. I may glass over like Mark Hauptner now does w Ocean Master. Add 300 clams for materials minimum. 200 for hoses and clamps. Use the good clamps. A4 clamps? PM your # if you like. I am all into the bitch now and have fresh memories and advice. I ordered a 47 gallon tank from RDS about ten years ago for my '76 Seafari 20. I provided them drawings I made using the original dimensions. Everything was good except the bottom of the tank was not quite planar; there was a bit of a bow apparently at the weld for the baffle. I had to do some grinding where the tank sat and on the underside of the fuel hatch , as well as add rubber spacers, like a gasket, around the perimeter under the hatch to provide clearance with the fuel fill line. If space is tight and height could be an issue in your application, you might reduce the requested tank height a bit.
