Yepper, those 4 cylinder 200 hp Yamaha/Zukes versus a V-6? I'd have to look real hard at the Mercury. Mercury had a HUGE display at the Miami show and I must admit those new V-6's looked sweet.
I visited the Mercury display just after I "floated" through the Marine7 display, which was SICK!, and after coming down to Earth Mercury did a top notch job promoting their products!! I'm with Snookerd, these new engines will do well....IF Mercury gets serious with their factory warranty. Hard to beat Evinrude's 10 year.
