it was not recommended to Roll/Tip 545 Primer and the recoat times were far too long to work for me. I have access to a paint booth during off hours but need to vacate before business operations so sometimes i only have long enough to spray after close of business, cure overnight (with accelerator), and vacate. I have some pinholes to fill anyway so i just bit the bullet, sanded, filled, and got 2 more gallons of primer base and 2 gallons of converter. i should have some leftovers for my console and leaning post but at least i wont run short...
