Remember that around "73 the 23" Tsunami got Sued by "Tsunami Boats" out of Sebring , FL. In which they had the Name Brand. He had to quit using the name so change was to "Septre". I never have heard of Seaquarious. Potter told me the 23" Tsunami were built for speed. They hull also was totally foam filled like the Boston Whalers. I think all hulls were black. (Pics below) Lots of teakwood trim & fold down splash well. My friend bought his in '86 and still owns it.
